All items are sold in “as-is” condition. Please inspect all items at your own discretion before bidding. Items sell subject to Seller confirmation. Any announcements made day of sale shall take precedence over anything said, written, or implied prior to auction. Neither the Seller, Auctioneer, nor Affiliates of the Auction Company shall be held liable for any injury personal or otherwise.
Online bidding will open on all lots on Wednesday July 17, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. MST and close on Friday, July 19, 2024 at 5 p.m. MST. Neither the Owners nor Hewitt Land Company shall be responsible for internet connections. Payment shall be due by July 20, 2024 and may be made via wire transfer, credit card (3.0% convenience fee applies), cash, or check. Any invoices paid by a check that is returned by the bank will automatically be charged to the credit card on file with a 3% convenience fee plus any bank fees for the returned check. State sales tax may be charged on non-titled items. All items must be paid in full before they are picked up. Any items not paid for July 20, 2024 by 4pm will be charged to the credit card on file with the 3% convenience fee unless prior payment arrangements have been made with the auctioneer. Any items not picked up on July 20, 2024 will be charged to the winning bidder's credit card (3% fee applies) and forfeited by the buyer unless prior arrangements have been made with the auctioneer.
Item Pickup: All items must be picked up on July 20, 2024 between 9am-4pm. Limited load out assistance will be available for heavy items, please be prepared to load your own small items. No items shall be loaded until payment has been made. All items must be removed from the premises no later than July 20, 2024 unless prior arrangements have been made with the auctioneer. Risk of ownership passes to the Buyer upon winning the bid.
