  • Pick Up Day - October 18, 2025 from 9am-1pm. Any items not picked up during this time will be disposed of. *YOU MUST SHOW PAID RECEIPT PRIOR TO LOADING ITEMS.

All items are sold in “as is” condition. Please inspect all items at your own discretion before bidding. Any announcements made day of sale shall take precedence over anything said, written, or implied prior to auction. Neither the Seller, Auctioneer, nor Affiliates of the Auction Company shall be held liable for any injury personal or otherwise.

 

Online bidding will open on all lots on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. MST and begin to close on Friday, October 17, 2025 at 5 p.m. MT. Neither the Owners nor Hewitt Land Company shall be responsible for internet connections. Payment shall be due by October 18, 2025 and may only be made via credit card (convenience fee applies). South Dakota state sales tax will be charged on non-titled items. All items must be paid for in full before they are loaded out. 

 

Item Pickup: All items must be picked up on October 18, 2025 between 9am-1pm. Please be prepared to load your own items. No items shall be loaded until payment has been made. All items must be removed from the premises no later than October 18, 2025 at 1:00 pm. Any items not picked up in the specified time will be disposed of. Risk of ownership passes to the Buyer upon winning the bid.
